NSHTÖU

(N)SHTÖU-V

For vertical drum operation under extreme mechanical stress and on moving cable carriers. Used as a rugged feeder to construction machines, conveyor, transport and crane systems in dry, damp, wet environments and outdoors. (N)SHTÖU-FO (LWL)

Used when frequent winding and unwinding is required, especially with simultaneous tensile stress and / or torsional stress, as control cable in hoisting devices, lifts and means of transportation with high mechanical load, as reeling cable and in drag chains with low mechanical load. Can be operated in dry, damp and wet areas, as well as outdoors. The main application of these cables is the usage in ERTG cranes (Electrified Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes).

PUR-HF 0,6/1kV

Suitable for applications with frequent winding and unwinding with high mechanical and tensile stress horizontally as well as vertically. They are used as robust and all-weather resistant cables in harsh operating environments as in building machinery, conveyors and lifting systems, in cranes, mining and in flexible handling equipment. These cables are suitable for installations in dry, damp and wet areas, as well as outdoors.

TROMMPUR®-H

Significantly smaller external diameters, smaller bending radii and reduced weights compared to NSHTÖU cables enable the use of smaller drive motors and drums, thus providing significant cost savings. Reeling cables are used for high mechanical stress, especially for applications with frequent winding and unwinding with simultaneous tensile and torsional stress, for building machinery, conveyors and lifting systems, and cranes. They are used as robust and all-weather resistant cables in the harshest operating environments in mining and in flexible handling equipment and railway motors. TROMMPUR®-V FO (LWL)

These special Reeling Cables are used for high mechanical stress, especially for vertical applications with frequent winding and unwinding with simultaneous tensile and torsional stress, for building machinery, conveyors, cranes and lifting systems. They are used as robust and all-weather resistant cables in the harshest operating environments in mining and in flexible handling equipment. The cables are suitable for installations in dry, damp and wet environments as well as outdoors.

PVC-flat

PVC type of flat cables are used mainly as trailing cable for crane installations, floor conveyer systems and shelf control units. Not suitable for outdoor use.

NEO-flat and NEO-flat-C

Neoprene type of flat cables are used mainly as trailing cable for crane installations, floor conveyer systems and shelf control units. These cables are also available for export with UL-approval on request.

PVC-flat-CY

Screened PVC flat cables are used mainly as trailing cable for crane installations, floor conveyer systems and shelf control units. Not suitable for outdoor use

These flexible low voltage power and control cables can be used in all chain systems and festoon systems as connecting and control cables in lifting devices, material handling equipment, hoisting plants and transporting machines for heavy mechanical load, in dry, damp or wet rooms and in wet industrial conditions. Suitable for application under high mechanical stresses and frequent bending during operation.

(N)GRDGCGOEU (Screened Festoon Cable)

A spreader cable with high mechanical stresses in vertical basket operational in dry, moist, wet environment and in open air. Please note that at the installation the cable must be placed counterwise and free of twist into the basket.

PUR-HF Spreader BASKET

These cables are suitable for applications in vertical reeling systems, especially in crane systems with spreader with high mechanical load. The storing of the cables is carried out in a basket. These cables are suitable for installations in dry, damp and wet areas, as well as outdoors.

NSSHÖU

Connecting cable for very high mechanical stress in underground mining and tools for use in industries and outdoor use. They are also used for mining industry, surface mining, stone-pits, on building sites, outdoors as well as indoors. Suitable for fixed installation on plaster in dry, damp and wet areas.

A long duration of life is guaranteed under extreme operating conditions. Not suitable for drumming and use in all types of machinery, such as robots, handling units and energy transfer units, where constant mobility is essential. The insulation of a plastic-rubber compound on EPR basis improves the resistance to ozone in order to avoid the formation of cracks due to ozone and insulation damages in switchboards.

(N)TSCGEWÖU-W

Suitable to be used for floating dredges and other devices where a under water usage of the trailing cable is necessary Resistant to UV, ozone and moisture suitable for indoor as well as for outdoor use

PUR-HF MINE

These Cables are used as power and control cables in all types of mobile equipment in harsh working environments, especially in mobile mining vehicles. They can also be used in festoon systems and as reeling cables under high mechanical load as torsional, tensile stress. These cables are suitable for installations in dry, damp and wet areas, as well as outdoors. The PUR outer sheath offers a very good protection against hydrolysis and oil.

Bauliftkabel B101

These special hybrid cables are used for power supply and control of vertical lifts in the construction industry. Here the cable is drawn out of a basket as a drag cable via the load platform. The load platform pulls the cable along as it moves up. During the downwards motion the cable returns to the basket automatically.

H07RN-F

Heavy duty, rubber sheathed cable for use with medium mechanical stress in dry, damp, wet rooms, in agricultural premises and outdoors.
